The food was acceptable and offered reasonable variety. I found something to eat each day.

the wifi was only available in the lobby. this proved to be quite inconvenient, especially for planning excursions. the check-in process was slow and felt disorganized.

the beach had lots of sun loungers available. it was Acceptable.

The gym's air conditioning did not work. That was a sweatbox. there were no staff around to offer any help, just the heat. the equipment looked old AND tired.

the rooms were super clean and cozy. i found the food really nice with lots of variety each day. the food is freshly cooked and plentiful, great.

i noticed the diet coke was not always available at the bar.

i liked the room very much. it included a balcony with nice furniture. the hotel grounds were large and well maintained. the animation team organized yoga and zumba.

The beach did not have a gradual entry. it was only suitable for swimming. the travel agency photos made the beach look different. It was disappointing. a lifeguard was unprofessional and made inappropriate comments.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

animation team friendly staff

The resort cleaned the rooms every day. I found the staff very friendly, and the animation team always involved everyone in activities. There was a good food choice as well (the Egyptian day was really good!).

The resort included multiple pools and beach access, areas with manicured gardens, and helpful staff available for towels and loungers. Loud music played frequently near the pools (I did find this entertaining).

Rooms

8/10

The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced. The beds made a bit of noise when getting in and out of them (but that was not a problem).
