The reception team provided a warm welcome and quick check-in. The room was clean and well-kept . The bar service was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the consistent quality and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room , made it difficult to connect at times. I would have appreciated a stronger signal for work purposes.

the staff was amazing and very helpful. the two pools were very clean and offered nice relaxation spots (i especially loved the quiet corner).
I found that the flies around the sun beds were quite bothersome. it was difficult to relax without constantly swatting them away. More frequent pest control could improve this.

my room included a comfortable bed and daily cleaning service. the room had a pool view and basic amenities, like air conditioning and a small fridge were available. towels were changed daily.

I found the pool area very clean. The staff maintained it well DAILY. The restaurant provided a good variety of food, and I always found something I liked. The dining area was spacious and well-lit.
