A Balanced Experience

The El Wadi restaurant had much choice. Even the fussiest eaters found options. Daily water replacement and fresh beach towels was VERY helpful. We arranged a private meal on the beach. It was very nice!!!

The room I had was a bit dated. The bathroom felt somewhat old. I had difficulty getting hot water at times. Showers after 8 PM often meant cold water. The pool side bar charged for everything. This.

wonderful stay with excellent service

great hospitality cool barman excellent food

the staff showed great hospitality and i found the guest relation services excellent. a cool barman ensured enjoyable evenings and i appreciated the nice weather. the staff were attentive and the food and drinks selection met my expectations. i particularly enjoyed access to the sister hotel.

the noise from a nearby nightclub was disturbing, continuing until 3 am and hindering sleep.

my standard queen or twin room garden view was cleaned daily, providing fresh towels and amenities. two large complimentary bottles of water were provided each day. the bed was very comfortable and ensured restful sleep.
