The beach and coral reefs were excellent. I really enjoyed snorkeling, with colorful fish.
General cleaning is necessary, especially in common areas. Some staff were polite, though others seemed overwhelmed and slow to respond to requests. Service was inconsistent.

my room had a few quirks that i wasn't thrilled about there wasn't much hot water it barely got lukewarm which wasn't great for a relaxing shower the minibar was empty they didn't even bother to put water there i found that a bit cheap for a supposed four-star place also getting around wasn't easy since my room felt miles away from the main areas i swear i did my daily cardio just walking to meals.

A Wonderful Getaway
extensive groundsfriendly stafflong distance
I found the hotel grounds extensive with excellent architecture, ideal for walks and photography. The staff displayed friendliness and attentiveness. The snorkeling was easily accessible and provided a great experience. Everything I needed was available onsite.
The hotel is large, so the distance from my room to the restaurant was considerable, involving many steps. This was difficult at times.

The on-site gym has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for guest use. Three outdoor pools include twenty loungers with shaded areas. The main pool has a designated shallow section for children. The gift shop has local crafts and souvenirs.

The rooms have spacious layouts. Bathrooms had a clean design. Air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. The pools offered a refreshing swim after time in the sun.
The hotel has a location far from easily accessible markets. This forced reliance on the hotel's more expensive taxi service. I suggest an alternative public transportation option.

The hotel provides access to a wonderful coral reef. The experience is very nice. Ample parking is available near the entrance, a good convenience. Taxi service to naama bay is quick, about 7 minutes.

The reception staff are very cute and helpful. I received great support . The staff maintains cleanliness well. The team works hard to keep the premises tidy and enjoyable.

the private beach allowed convenient snorkeling. the food selection presented good variety at the main buffet, and reservation options for other restaurants provided alternatives. staff members worked diligently to please guests, even with some language differences. i appreciate the diligent room service.

the reception staff was helpful.
i found the hygiene unacceptable , as the floors were stained and the bathroom smelled bad. the shower did not work properly. the food quality was poor, and there were often no clean plates or available seats.

The hotel grounds have an pretty Italian village feel near the rooms. The Roman pool was great to swim in. I found the sun decking area amazing. Snorkeling was accessible via a floating bridge where I saw blue spotted sting ray.
The reception did not refill the complimentary coffee and water.

The hotel has direct access to the sea with a coral reef perfect for snorkeling. There are many areas for sunbathing, including multi-level decks that gave ample space for everyone without feeling crowded.

The rooms were spacious. The air conditioning unit worked properly. I found the bathrooms clean. All these elements contributed to a comfortable and very functional accommodation space.
