the reception staff was helpful.

i found the hygiene unacceptable , as the floors were stained and the bathroom smelled bad. the shower did not work properly. the food quality was poor, and there were often no clean plates or available seats.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel grounds have an pretty Italian village feel near the rooms. The Roman pool was great to swim in. I found the sun decking area amazing. Snorkeling was accessible via a floating bridge where I saw blue spotted sting ray.

The reception did not refill the complimentary coffee and water.

The hotel has direct access to the sea with a coral reef perfect for snorkeling. There are many areas for sunbathing, including multi-level decks that gave ample space for everyone without feeling crowded.

The rooms were spacious. The air conditioning unit worked properly. I found the bathrooms clean. All these elements contributed to a comfortable and very functional accommodation space.
