The rooms were very clean with ample space. The entertainment team was friendly. Ghallab at reception showed great kindness. Saad Nasser from the restaurant demonstrated helpful availability.

The all-inclusive experience felt deceptive. It was more akin to a full board with terrible quality. I noticed some efforts to confine guests to rooms with twin beds, even if they were married.

The location was superb. A brief five-minute walk led to a beautiful beach. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The food offered a good variety, and the cakes were delicious. The overall vibe was lovely, and the entertainment was good.

The hotel could use some general maintenance updates, particularly in the rooms, as some areas appear slightly worn.
