Mediocre Stay with Some Issues

uncomfortable room overcrowded breakfast

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The room felt outdated and the air conditioning didn't work, made for a very uncomfortable night. The hotel staff only suggested I open the windows. the breakfast buffet was often overcrowded, and it was hard to find a table without a long wait. I expected better for the price I paid.

I appreciate the hotel views, they were lovely! I enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. It includes a large patio for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast buffet was generous with great options. I also found free parking, that is very rare in Norway.

The housekeeping didn't clean the room perfectly, some crumbs were still on the floor when I got there.

ample space fjord views delicious buffet good comfort

the room offered ample space and good comfort. i liked the floor to ceiling windows and fine views of the fjord from the room. the fresh and delicious buffet featured a great array of choices, so there was something for everyone.

the tv over the bed was not working and the hotel did not resolve it .
