i found the hotel to be very clean and modern. the staff was friendly and helpful, i appreciated that. my room had a view overlooking the water and a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower. the bed was very comfortable.

the small fridge in my room was empty when i arrived , and it was switched off.

voss stay was awesome!

location next to the train station was killer. the early check-in really helped me, so i could drop my bags. i worked out in the gym and relaxed in the sauna. views over the lake was fine!

the dinner buffet was a bit pricey. the staff seemed tired and not very cute. i wish they smiled more and checked if the food was good.

the location is directly connected to the train station and the gondola. my room had a nice-sized sofa next to the window (i loved it). the bed was large and comfortable, offering plenty of storage space.

the restaurant food was not excellent. bar service was quite slow, as bar staff were also needed in the restaurant. i felt the hotel was tired and in need of upgrading.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the train station and provides immediate access to transportation. Custom cocktails are available at the bar. A wide selection of items was available at breakfast. Buses to various destinations stop right in front of the building.

I noticed dust behind the couch, which suggests cleaning could be improved. Public restrooms required more frequent restocking of toilet paper. The staff did not smile, and the dining options were not very good.
