Amazing Central Hotel Stay!

central locationhelpful staffdelicious options
I loved the location. It is central to all attractions. Staff members were helpful giving directions and recommendations. Breakfast had so many delicious options. I tried many local specialties. The hotel provided convenient parking right in front. It made arrival and departure easy.
The room was a little warm since the AC wasn't as effective as I hoped, especially during the warmer days.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers convenient parking directly in front of the building, a real plus. Breakfast features a wide selection of items including diverse egg dishes and local specialties. You can easily access bus lines close to the building.
Rooms

The Superior Room I stayed in had a king-size bed and a clean bathroom. Thick curtains block the light coming into the room ensuring a good sleep. The room offered ample space for luggage and movement.

poor acinadequate curtains
My stay wasn't totally smooth. the lack of air conditioning was a big issue. The room got hot, especially since it was summer. i also found that the blackout curtains didn't do a great job of blocking out the light, so i struggled to sleep well. it's a shame because otherwise, the staff seemed lovely and kind, but these practical issues really affected my experience.

The breakfast was GREAT. I like the wide selection they had and the food tasted good. The staff was really helpful, they gave good advice on trails and bus routes. The location is central to all the attractions and a walk to the central station is easy.
The room I got was a premium room, I thought it was really small! The heating plate almost fell off when I tried to turn it on. The toilet switch buttons did not work well, I had to keep pressing it to stop the flushing. The room was not very well-cleaned and I could smell the dust easly.
