Acceptable Stay with Definite Shortcomings
missing amenities inattentive staff
The room lacked basic amenities. I found it unacceptable that there was no coffee maker. Securing extra towels required locating housekeeping staff, quite inconvenient. the staff at breakfast were not attentive. Clearing tables and assisting guests seemed a low priority.

the hotel had a lovely breakfast. freshly made omelets were available. the outside space was right on the lake. the hotel staff helped me a lot.
the gym lacked air conditioning (it was a bit stuffy).

superb lakeside location
terrace breakfast ample choice clean pool
we stayed two nights and the hotel location is very nice. i found the hotel right on the shoreside with terraces, pools, and access for lake swimming. breakfast was great with lots of choices and sitting outside on the terrace was so lovely. the hotel had a clean pool area with enough sunbeds.

the hotel enjoys a superb lakeside position with beautiful views. i found it very convenient next door to the ferry terminal, an easy access. the situation is perfect, right on the shoreside with huge terraces and facilities.

the superior double room was spacious and comfortable, enjoying fabulous lake views from the balcony. rooms are kept very clean and tidy. i was happy to see regular linen and towel changes were in place, a plus.

decent location, dated facilities
broken air conditioning disorganized breakfast
the location of the hotel on the lakefront was acceptable.
The hotel felt very dated. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room was uncomfortably warm. breakfast service was disorganized. Staff seemed uninterested in refilling empty trays, even when informed.

The room featured a balcony overlooking the lake. I enjoyed the scenery. Breakfast included a wide selection. The outside tables had lake views.

Wonderful Stay at This Hotel
convenient location tasty options maintained gardens
I appreciated the convenient location. Breakfast included several tasty options. I was grateful for the lake view from the balcony rooms, a beautiful sight. The green team kept the gardens well maintained.
The check-in personnel offered little help. I think they need additional training.
