The staff showed very nice friendliness. They were always ready to help. The hotel's design had a cool, unique vibe. Housekeeping kept the room super clean and fresh throughout my stay.

The location is near many music halls. I also found the tram lines, supermarkets and restaurants close by (it was very convenient). The overall decoration had a cool theme. Staff were very nice and helpful to us.

The stairs were steep. It was difficult to go up them. The room lacked a refrigerator. I wanted to keep my water cold.
