I booked this hotel for its central location and was charmed to find it near the Národní třída bus and tram stop (a great transport link). The staff members were helpful and available. They answered all my questions quickly. I appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room. The included breakfast had varied options each day.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including pastries and fresh fruit. Hot meat options were available daily. There were also freshly made pancakes (i enjoyed them!).

The staff were SO friendly. I received gluten free bread every morning. It was accommodating. The hotel is close to the square, but it was nice and quiet at night.

The room felt a bit cold. It would have been GREAT to have coffee making facilities in our room 207. The sheets and towels were not so clean. That is not what you would expect from a hotel.
