excellent bedroom fresh towels

The bedroom was excellent. It has good en-suite bathroom facilities. I know the hotel well and love how clean it all was. I found some areas in need of freshening up with paint, especially bathroom doors in bedrooms. I loved the comfortable beds. The fresh towels were lovely.

Breakfast finished too early, at 9 am. Most hotels finish at 10 am.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated that the hotel had a pool, children could use it until 7pm. it was a great addition for families.

the drink service was very slow at the bar. some cocktails were not available because of missing ingredients. i thought the drink prices were expensive. we had to spend time at the bar to sort things out.

room upgrade helpful staff quality bedding clean room

The hotel upgraded our room, a really nice touch (we were celebrating a birthday!). The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room had quality bedding, and the staff were polite. The room was very clean with a view of the surrounding area. The breakfast was served quickly.
