unpleasant view large waste bins

The room included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel which proved really helpful. I appreciate the small things like that.

My room faced some large waste bins. The view was really not ideal. I was hoping for something more pleasant. This really detracts from what could be a restful experience.

the breakfast was good and the public areas were well maintained

there were no signs around the corridors to help you find your way around it was utterly poor management. the air conditioning did not work it threw out heat even when the controls were adjusted

excellent service clean room wide selection

the staff provided excellent service . my room was clean, modern, and spacious, WHICH i really appreciated. i also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a wide selection.

The sauna and steam room were unavailable. I really wanted to use those facilities.

Excellent hotel stay

friendly receptionist clear instructions spacious bedroom

the receptionist was very cute and friendly. he had a calm and attentive manner and gave clear instructions. breakfast had lots of choice, the morning team was also very friendly! our bedroom was spacious and clean. it had everything we needed, including a fridge with water and chocolate.

the carpet looked tired and stained. the shower tap was broken, and i almost scalded myself. i reported it to reception.

friendly staff dinner tables wide selection

The staff was always happy and they helped me greatly. I ate dinner, and there were many tables and comfortable seating. Breakfast included a wide selection of fruits. The gym had modern equipment and the pool looked clean.

The power sockets in my room did not all function as expected.
