dirty mattress small shower

i encountered issues regarding cleanliness a half-eaten cookie sat beside the bed also the toilet area needed better cleaning the shower was small i could barely fit inside and the water flow was minimal it was difficult ascending six floors without air conditioning especially with a baby.

I got a silver seaview double. the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. however, the shower head was broken. it sprayed water everywhere. also, the bed was really bad. i couldn't sleep properly at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small. I found the recent paint job was poorly done with a strong paint smell still lingering. This was unexpected. Paying extra for spa access felt excessive, especially since I only wanted a quick visit.

polite staff sea view board games buffet breakfast

the staff members were polite, and they greeted guests. my room overlooked the sea, a plus. the bar had board games, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. breakfast was a good buffet.

the parking fee was £10 upon arrival, and i needed to leave my car keys in case they moved it.

simple stay near the sea

amazing beds relaxing massage

i found nice beds and all my family members enjoyed the two rooms i booked. the staff helped me understand the hotel parking. the cleaning staff gave me an extra bag and carly did a very relaxing aromatherapy massage for me.
