I found parking right outside. It was very convenient. the room was newly renovated and had all the necessary facilities i needed. the bed was comfy, and the en suite was a perfect size. kyle greeted me, and he provided helpful local recommendations.

The street noise was noticeable at certain hours. it did quiet down later.

the lack of on-site dining meant i needed to find external options for meals which was a minor inconvenience.

the owner nick gave a lovely welcome. he showed me to my room. it had a little fridge with complimentary water. there was plenty of tea and coffee available. the room offered a lovely view (i enjoyed it a lot). i thought the room was great.

i found no breakfast served at the hotel. this meant i had to go elsewhere.
