fantastic experience

friendly staff comfortable bed

staff members were very friendly when i arrived the room was clean it had everything i needed the bar area was a nice place for breakfast i would stay here again the bed was comfortable i slept well.

the car park was full when i got there i had to find alternative parking nearby this added some stress to my arrival the hotel could look at increasing their parking capacity.

the hotel is situated close to the beach area providing easy access for seaside walks the town centre is also within reasonable walking distance shops and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel.

I found several issues that affected my stay. the bathroom was tiny. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. the kettle had some limescale build-up, so I had to clean it before using it.

dated room inconsistent shower

the location was near the sea front and town centre, it was accessible by foot.

the room felt dated. a few items were missing from the room. there were a few bits of painting needing a touch up and some holes were present in the wall and carpet.. the shower temperature was inconsistent, switching between hot and cold.

The breakfast was good. Staff were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I had easy access to town.

I noticed the room had only one chair although the photo showed a sofa.
