the hotel is right on the racecourse , so the location was convenient for attending the races. the staff members were all so pleasant , always ready to help with a smile. i got a taxi sorted directly to my workplace, a great help. the bed was very comfortable.
the accessible room seemed more suited just for wheelchair users , because the bathroom sink was at a very low height. it made it a little difficult to use comfortably.

The staff was always attentive, a detail I appreciated.
On arrival, I got too much information at once. The kettle was faulty. It posed a safety hazard when it boiled, requiring quick action to prevent an accident. The wall by the bed had a dirty mark. I also found a pubic hair on the sheet.

i love this hotel. the room was super clean and had a comfy bed. the staff was nice and always around to help me with what i needed. there also was lots of parking which is a plus for me!
the shower in my room was kinda weak. i wish there was more pressure. i like a strong shower after a long day.
