Stanton Manor Hotel has 23 bedrooms with White Company accessories and fast broadband. Each room includes super comfy beds, tea and coffee making facilities, and biscuits. The Classic Rooms feature king or super king beds and walk-in showers. The Superior Rooms provide additional living space with king or superior king beds, and a bath and shower. Superior Garden Rooms include easy garden access, garden views, and seating areas; some have four-poster beds. Dog-friendly superior garden rooms are available with their own external door for easy access to the outdoors. The rooms provide dog beds and food/water bowls.
Onsite dining options
The Head Chef creates seasonal menus with buffets and 5-course tasting menus. The 3-course a la carte menu has nibbles, starters, mains, classics, pizza, steaks, and sides. Jordan has created some dishes using local and seasonal ingredients. Guests can also sample honey from the hotel's beehives at breakfast or purchase a pot. The bar and drawing room caters for all tastes with the drawing room for lunch or dinner. A bespoke 3 course menu is available for private dining. Afternoon tea is served 1pm - 4pm Monday to Sunday, featuring homemade cakes and a selection of loose leaf teas and fair-trade coffee.

Stanton Manor is suitable for weddings with outdoor space for summer weddings and fireplaces for winter weddings. The hotel offers wedding open days. The Stanton Manor team helps plan events, including those in The Garden Marquee for up to 150 guests. The Log Room is available as a boardroom for 12 delegates. The Woodlands Room hosts private dinners for up to 40 and can be booked as a meeting space. The Drawing Room is equipped with an LCD screen for meetings.
