i stayed here to celebrate a birthday, and i found the room very clean and the bed comfortable. i liked that the bathroom had Molton Brown toiletries. breakfast included both buffet and cooked-to-order options. i also appreciated the provision of two fans in the room, and that was very thoughtful.
the reception area felt a little crowded when checking in.

I booked a standard double room and it was huge. the complimentary chocolates were a nice touch and i got a personalized welcome note. the bed was comfortable. The towels were large and new. our early breakfast was delicious. Everything was freshly cooked and served with a smile.
Tourists were everywhere. they were constantly outside the hotel. It got quite crowded.

the location is amazing. i could explore the surrounding area so easily. the staff treated me with so much care. breakfast each morning in the conservatory was such a treat, offering plenty of options.
i did notice some very slight wear and tear on some furniture, though it didn't really affect my stay.
