spacious kitchen handy parking great location warm milk missing robes confusing layout
the suite included a spacious kitchen and a balcony. the bathroom was huge with a separate shower (it was very clean!). free basement parking was quite handy because street parking was limited. it was just a five-minute walk to the town center.
the fridge was not on when i arrived and the milk was warm. there were no robes in my room, unlike another identical room a family member had. i found the layout a bit confusing and got lost a couple of times navigating back to the room.

the hill to the room was a struggle. the room cleanliness was also lacking upon arrival. i found leftover noodles in the fridge, it smelled.

charming accommodation with parking

convenient location decent gym nearby activity
The location suited me perfectly it was close to shops and transport. tour activities were nearby too. i liked that there were entries from both streets. the gym was a very decent size. It had showers a sauna, and a hot tub.
The customer service at check-in was not great. the receptionist, seemran, was unfriendly and not very helpful. i also had trouble with the wi-fi. It was very slow and often disconnected. i think having clear price information for drinks and snacks would be better.

excellent suite stay

prime location spacious room thoughtful gesture
i found the location to be ideal , a quick walk to the centre. the superior room was big and spacious. i really enjoyed the very good water pressure in the bathroom. also , a staff member kindly offered an umbrella when i was leaving, a thoughtful gesture.
access to the room was a little difficult, the elevator seemed slow.
