the room's lighting was dark, especially in the bathroom. light switches being outside the bathroom was frustrating at night. the carpet was loose near the bed area.

wonderful stay!

perfect temperatureeasy serviceprice increase
i booked a lake front king room hot tub. i used the spa daily and the temperature was perfect. room service was easy to order via the qr code. it was delivered quickly and the food was nice.
the water taxi has decreased the number of runs per day, increasing its price greatly. a couple is going to be paying a lot each way. so if you go into town a few times, that adds to the cost of staying here.
Location
9/10
the hotel is across the lake. there is a water ferry available to take you back and forth (i used it a lot!). the lakeside views are amazing, even in winter.
Rooms
9/10
the room had a lovely view. the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. servicing of the rooms was quick and there was little disruption. the coffee machine was a big bonus for my husband.
Service
10/10
the option to have valet parking was awesome (very convenient!). the service was great too with everyone we dealt with. staff was helpful and friendly. i appreciate their readiness to assist guests.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel lobby and surrounding facilities area are a nice comfortable temperature during a winter stay. i ate in the restaurant and had a delicious steak dinner and dessert. there are restaurants within the surrounding area.
