our top-floor front room provided great lake views. the location offered perfect walking distance to the town center. the comfortable room was super warm and spacious.

i found the lack of available parking stressful since it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. finding a spot later in the day was very difficult. i parked some distance from my room.

The location worked fine. It was a short walk to the town center.

The room felt quite dated. i found stains on the carpet and some textiles. That wasn't great. even worse, some dead flies were on the floor. I mean, come on.
