Excellent Apartment Stay

The apartment's tasteful decoration created a cute atmosphere. A very comfortable bed ensured restful nights. The well-equipped kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. I found the inclusion of a washing machine and dryer especially convenient for longer stays.

I noticed the road traffic noise was somewhat noticeable from my room. The fold out couch was also a bit squeaky and annoying.

The breakfast experience offered some nice options, though it could benefit from additional variety. The service at the Quartier stood out. The croissants were AMAZING!!!

I stayed in a suite that functioned as a one-bedroom apartment, complete with a sofa bed in the lounge. The view of the Harbour Bridge was amazing. This apartment had everything necessary for a longer stay, including a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The location is excellent for people who appreciate a nice walk in the morning. The observation floor provided a GREAT view of the city, especially magical at night. I found it easy to store my luggage before heading to the airport.

Underwhelming Stay due to Cleanliness and Dated Room

I was disappointed with the state of the room , it felt outdated. Cleanliness was a major issue , I noticed it as soon as I walked in. I found a drawing on the bathroom mirror , it was clear the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The hotel management did not seem to care much about my complaints , that bothered me. Luxury was not there , the bed was not comfortable and some things were broken.
