i found the location quite convenient. it allowed for easy access to circular quay. pitt st mall was also just a short walk away. parking next door offered a discount.
the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough. it seemed the lowest temperature setting still left the room feeling stuffy. also, i noticed toiletries were not restocked daily.

i was so thrilled with the location! it was a super quick walk to circular quay. a rail station was also only minutes away, so airport travel was simple. the staff was amazing. they were always fantastic!
the pipes made some noise when i used the hand basin, which bothered me a little.

the staff was so helpful at check-in. my room was available earlier than expected, a plus. they also stored my luggage after i checked out, allowing me to explore without carrying bags. i really appreciated this service.
the room had limited space , making it a bit difficult to move around with luggage.

the hotel is a short walk from wynyard station, a key transport hub. circular quay is also easily accessible, which provides access to ferries and the opera house. george street is only three minutes away on foot.

awesome location, i'm thrilled!

the location is killer, i could walk to everything i wanted. i was able to check in super early, and the room was ready for me. i could grab food easily too, there's a food court right next door, so handy after a long day.
the lights weren't all working, 2 out of 5 bulbs in the room had blown. they didn't replace them before i checked in, a little annoying.

the staff was very polite and helpful, i seemed like they were always ready to assist. they made everything smooth, especially with my early check-in arrangement. their service.
