the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay i found the free coffee and snacks in the foyer a good bonus i really appreciated the efficient room design it made the space feel larger than it was i also found the location ideal for exploring the area with easy access to transportation

i noticed one of the coffee machines in the breakfast area needed cleaning it impacted its usability slightly

The location is excellent. I could easily walk to many places. The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff were quite friendly (and ready to help with directions).

The room I had was quite small. The bathroom door did not fully close. There wasn't a window in my room, feel a little stuffy.

The hotel provides convenient access to transportation options. The Central Train Station is only a short walk away, roughly five minutes. This proximity facilitated easy travel around the area. I also appreciated the comfy bed.

My main issue involved the absence of a kettle and coffee maker within the room. This made enjoying a simple cup of coffee inconvenient, I had to go to the lobby.

the location was fantastic! it was super close to central station and , made getting around really easy. the hotel provided free coffee, tea, and some snacks in the morning. that was a nice touch and helped me start my day right.

my room did not have a window, a bit disappointing. the bathroom had a glass door that didn't quite close properly, so there wasn't much privacy. also, the room was pretty small.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff!

The staff were very nice. They let me leave my bags in the bag check because I was too early to check-in. Once a room was available, they let me do an early check in for $40. Otherwise, I would have been waiting around for 6+ hrs. The location is fantastic and the staff are very nice, too!

The air con wasn't working 100% so the room wasn't as cool as we would've liked, though the blackout curtains weren't quite wide enough. Light came through. It would've been nice to be able to open a window to get some fresh air as well! No parking was at the site, but was only a few minutes walk to the affiliated paid car parking.

The room was clean, tidy and met my basic needs! I found the comfy pillows a welcome addition. I appreciated the natural light in the bathroom and the makeup mirror for doing makeup. Both are welcome perks.
