My room was quiet. The staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble (I really appreciated that). The room felt fresh, as it had been recently renovated.

The shower screen was partially broken. I needed help to make sure water did not get out. The shower head taps were also partially broken and leaking.

The hotel's location allowed me to easily access many attractions. The staff were very helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries. The provided air conditioning unit worked effectively. It maintained a comfortable temperature in the room, which I valued.

The room size was quite small. It made it difficult to fully open my luggage, causing some inconvenience. I found the bed to be too firm for my liking. It made it hard to have A GOOD night's sleep.

the location was central i found transport easy the staff were delightfully friendly. service was excellent i must say they were always willing to assist. the room was clean i had no issues with the upkeep .

the room i had was quite small this surprised me from the pictures. there was also very little space for luggage this was a bit inconvenient. the minibar was empty this meant i had to go out to get refreshments.
