The manager escorted a senior lady to her room, which I thought was very considerate. The manager also gave me train route information. He even helped me book an Uber. I got to check in before noon, and I appreciated it!

The shower screen was partially broken. I needed to make sure water didn't get out, though the rest of the bathroom was alright.

The front desk staff are very friendly and polite, and they greeted me on my comings and goings. They helped me book an Uber using a nearby address, which I appreciated very much.

Nice coffee is available on the ground floor! There are also restrooms available on the ground floor, and I appreciated the convenience of having both right there.

the location was central i found transport easy the staff were delightfully friendly. service was excellent i must say they were always willing to assist. the room was clean i had no issues with the upkeep .

the room i had was quite small this surprised me from the pictures. there was also very little space for luggage this was a bit inconvenient. the minibar was empty this meant i had to go out to get refreshments.
