The room was spacious. The bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom was well designed and very user friendly.

The cleanliness in the room was BAD. The phone system was defective. This made communication difficult.

Wonderful Experience Close to the Airport

easy check-in gracious staff excellent food attentive service

The staff at the front desk made check-in very easy. The staff member was gracious. Everything in the room worked properly. The breakfast buffet featured excellent food and attentive service, i also had a good evening meal at the restaurant.

The car park requires a walk to another building, but everything else was great.

The foyer has a modern design. The hotel has a short walk to Mascot heavy rail station. There are two complimentary waters in each room and robes are available , I found that very helpful.

The front desk staff always offered gracious service. I was very well attended to by the Mobius staff. The staff at the restaurant were really good especially with children, they were kind and helpful at all times.

The hotel offers close proximity to the airport. The location makes access to and from the airport convenient. The insulated rooms block out noise.
