the location was perfect. it was just off the lake. i especially loved the cherry blossoms garden just outside the bar. it was also a short walk to the lake, where there was a fantastic playground for kids.

check-in was not the warmest welcome and was a little slow. no information was given about guest services and hotel amenities. we were just directed to our room! dinner in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast was great, and the bar is lovely.

the location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions from the hotel. the room had a heat pump. this was very useful.
