inadequate air conditioning old system

the air conditioning in my room did not function adequately. i spoke with both the hotel manager and maintenance, neither of whom could rectify the problem. they claimed the building's system was old, not a satisfactory response. this was nice, despite the great location.

i stayed four nights. i got a room overlooking the lake. views of the lake and mountains existed. the hotel is centrally located with many eateries nearby.

the bathroom needs to be updated. It was very outdated.

The front desk staff was helpful and responsive. i used their valet service, i found it convenient. cruise options are nearby. Jetties are within walking distance.
