Really good stay!

friendly staffroom sizedelicious platterparking charge
The staff were so cute. The room was a good size and quiet too. It was easy walking down by the lake into town. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The platter was cooked to perfection! The chefs, Wasim, Alvin, and Mark, made our dinner very good.
The extra charge for parking was SO annoying. WHAT do I get for my money when you state you 'Won't accept any responsibility for valuables or vehicles left in your carpark'?
Location
9/10
The hotel's location is excellent. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. Walking to the town is easy, and the quiet setting.
Service
9/10
The staff are friendly and helpful. One staff member, Paul, assisted in organizing our bookings. ALL the staff provided a warm welcome. THEY were happy to help regardless of their specific role at the hotel.
Rooms
10/10
Our studio apartment was spacious. It was well equipped with a balcony view that was worth the cost of the room. The bathroom had a large shower and bathtub, with lots of hot water, and the toiletries supplied were lovely.

the lakeview room provided a view and a balcony. it included a dishwasher, coffee machine, bath, shower, wardrobes and a dining table. laundry facilities were behind the closet door in the dining and kitchen area and were a bonus.
Dining

The breakfast included a fair selection. it was very busy. one day, i had to sit in the bar area at a rickety table, which wasn't very comfortable. it would be better to have more seating in the breakfast area.
