amazing stay with very nice amenities!

central location clean spa

i enjoyed the central location very much. it was convenient to have ski rentals right in the hotel. i also found the spa facilities to be clean. the pool area was huge at 25 m, great for a swim after skiing.

the hotel room had limited power outlets. there was only one plug available and it was far from the bed. it made charging devices inconvenient.

super central location!

central location fresh towels breakfast buffet thermal spa

i enjoyed that the location was super central and really close to the gondola. fresh towels were available daily, a plus. the breakfast buffet provided a large selection of food. the pool area and thermal spa were also really nice!

The heat inside the hotel was too high. It affected my sleep slightly.

The staff was attentive and responsive, and i thank nonka for their professional attitude. It was certainly appreciated. the hotel staff were accessible and ready to help .

My spacious bedroom came with a massive bed, i also had an very nice view of the main ski runs. It was quite nice. rooms are cleaned daily. They provide everything necessary for an enjoyable stay.

The breakfast and dinner options were varied and plentiful, the breakfast was similar each day. It still provided a good start. generally, the hotel buffet had enough food for both breakfast and dinner.
