modern hotel with GREAT location

helpful staff perfect location ipad controls

I found the staff AMAZING and always available. The location was perfect, especially for attending events at the nearby arena. My room had everything I needed, including easy-to-use iPad controls for lights and blinds.

The room was quite small and lacked basic things. There was no wardrobe for clothes which was inconvenient . This is something the hotel needs to address.

The service was efficient with smooth check-in and check-out. The staff was very polite, helpful, always ready to assist with a smile! I received excellent information about local attractions.

The staff was friendly and approachable. there was a lovely outside terrace and a great area with different seating. i also appreciated the superb soundproofing. The bed was very comfortable.

the garage was not well indicated. there was no direct access to the hotel lobby from the garage under the hotel, but i had to reach it through the street. the windows could not be opened. also, the temperature could not be independently managed.

efficient stay near la défense

helpful staff efficient tech

the staff are very helpful. the tech features in the room were efficient and easy to use. i found the check-in and check out processes simple, which saved me time. i liked that public areas had different seating options.

I experienced issues with the room ventilation. It was very poor. i wish there were simple light switches, and i found the ipad controls complicated. this made adjusting the room settings difficult.

king room awesome location huge beds

i stayed in a king room. the location was awesome for the arena!!! we didn't get to do much as we were only there a few hours. the beds were also huge. i would definitely stay here again!!!

the self check-in was a good idea, but it didn't work so well.
