decent stay near the arc
excellent location friendly staff relaxing atmosphere limited space unopened bar small room
the hotel's location was excellent. i found it convenient to reach the metro and champs elysées (both were a short walk away). the staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with directions and information. the room was clean, and it had a relaxing atmosphere.
the room i stayed in felt smaller than expected. there was very limited space for personal items (i struggled to unpack properly). the bar was not open during my first night. i found this inconvenient when i wanted to relax after a long day.

excellent hotel near the arc de triomphe
prestige room amazing balcony perfect location polite staff
I was kindly upgraded to the prestige arc de triomphe room, and it was amazing. i had a great balcony with views of both the arc de triomphe and eiffel tower. the location is perfect. It's next to the arc de triomphe and a few minutes' walk from the champs-élysées. the staff are polite and can't do enough for you.
The bar was not open one night. The other night, there was too much noise from the bar past midnight.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. It includes three treadmills. there are also two stationary bikes available for guest use. a sauna and steam room provide additional relaxation options after a workout, great.

Chic Simplicity and Perfect Service
helpful staff modern gym ideal location
The staff readily helped with luggage and umbrellas. The modern gym features a sauna and steam room, it was a great extra. I found a lobby space where I could work using my laptop. Its location provided ideal access to public transport. ideal location! though the rooms could be bigger.
The rooms had limited space for suitcases, that was possibly average. Room servicing happened very late, after 3:30 PM. I had been out all day in the extreme heat, so I had to wait in the bar. The bar did not open for service until later.

excellent stay with great amenities
convenient location spacious room good breakfast short walk
i found the location convenient , close to the arc de triomphe and a metro station. the air conditioning worked well and the room was spacious. the breakfast selection was quite good and satisfying. a church is just a short walk away , which was nice.
the fridge wasn't very powerful , so items didn't get as cold as i would have liked.
