Great location, small hiccups
fresh food enough space
Breakfast offers fresh food and lasts until noon, and I thought this was really great. I had booked a larger room and I got plenty of space. It gave me enough room for my suitcase plus space to move around.
My room was not cleaned well or restocked completely. The maid walked in without knocking, that I didn't like. The receptionist was also reluctant to let me leave my suitcase on the last day, but then his colleague intervened.

The team was attentive the minute I arrived. Questions I asked before arrival always got quick and concise replies. The staff tried hard to accommodate my request for early check in. I appreciate the team.

My room was nice and well furnished. It really reminded me of a treat. I did appreciate having a larger room. The hotel also have a good and large lobby, I relaxed there. I thought this area worked very well.

The location is superb. There are many restaurants nearby. It is an easy walk to several sights. I thought it was super convinient. The hotel has everything needed. You have anything you could ever want.

the staff offered an excellent welcome upon arrival. the breakfast included tasty food. the location provided good access to shopping areas and restaurants.

convenient access spacious room courteous assistance
The location proved EXCELLENT , providing quick access to key attractions. the room was spacious and well-kept, contributing to a relaxing stay. I found the staff helpful. Their assistance was always prompt and courteous. BREAKFAST had a good variety.
I found the elevator slightly slow AT times , it did not significantly impact my stay.

My room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and soundproof windows. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i appreciated the ample storage space in the closet. It accommodated my luggage easily.

The location was convenient for my needs. The room was quiet (I needed to do focused work) and comfortable.
The reception staff was not helpful regarding a refund issue. The staff did not seem to consider my situation (I had an emergency).

The staff offered polite service. I received convenience from the metro station next to the hotel. There were some great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
The temperature of the air conditioning was not adjustable. It was excessively hot.
