Check-in was very smooth and the staff remained helpful throughout my stay. The room offered lovely facilities. I especially liked the 'Rituals' amenities in the bathroom. The location proved superb. It was a short walk to many attractions and transport options. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and cakes in the afternoon. They added a special touch.

Charmed by Attentive Service

I found the staff attentive. They responded fast when I requested gluten-free bread and olives for breakfast. Tea and coffee was available all day, and I liked the afternoon homemade cakes. I also appreciated soaps and shampoos were high quality.

The hotel locate on a street I considered dirty. It was near a train station. A bad smell came when windows open from the nearby kebab, which surprised me.

The hotel located right across from metro and bus stops. I found getting around the city very easy. All main sights are reachable with no effort.

The room was a appropriate size for me. I appreciated the comfortable bed, many pillows, and good lighting. The bathroom was wonderful and it included all the luxurious comforts.
