I enjoyed the location close to a convenient Metro station. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of pastries, fruit, coffee, and juices. I found the staff super friendly, helpful, and really cute. They provided really good service! The delicious coffee in the lobby was really appreciated.
The room felt rather small. There was very little space to move around, a bit inconvenient to manage luggage or relax comfortably in the space.

The floral bouquet was beautiful upon arrival and the manager promptly replaced it when a flower was dead. The staff responded quickly with recommendations and ideas before our arrival. The hotel is close to multiple metro stops, this made traveling easy.

I was quite disappointed by the breakfast area. It was located in the basement without windows. also, the juice offered seemed to be just bottled juice, i expected fresh juice.

the location was convenient with easy access to shops. the staff was cute at all times. my room included air conditioning that worked well. i had specialty shops with pastries near the place i stayed.
the price charged felt high. city tax increased since i booked. this soured part of the visit. i hope they fix this .

I found the hotel charming and the staff were so friendly! thomas stood out for his very nice hospitality. i was able to check in early, around noon, and thomas greeted me with coffee served in lovely china cups. coffee was available at all times in the lobby. I really appreciated that. the location felt safe, with cafes and shops nearby! i walked to many attractions.
The elevator was a bit small. It fits only two people with luggage.
