noisy air conditioning small room

i was quite frustrated. the air conditioning was a major problem it just didn't work at all. it was noisy and ineffective making sleeping difficult i reported it but nothing happened . the room was also quite small i felt cramped the entire time

The hotel staff were all pleasant. Maureen, the receptionist, was helpful. The housekeeping lady was great too. The location has many restaurants and pastry shops nearby.

The room was very hot. Air conditioning was not available. I was told it wasn't summer season yet. There was a lot of noise at night. I found it hard to sleep.

helpful staff convenient location delicious breakfast

The staff were more than helpful and assisted us with everything i needed. i appreciated the convenient location near the metro. The residential neighborhood provided a great night's rest. breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly, especially hanad at the front desk!

The air conditioning wasn't great. It wasn't as cool as i expected. i hope they can improve this soon!

Breakfast offered fresh juices and plenty of choices. It was AMAZING!!! i especially loved the pastries and coffee available each morning, it really made starting the day easier. the dining area was kept very clean.

the hotel is located just a short walk from the m4 train station, approximately 50 meters away. it makes access to the city's attractions very straightforward. the hotel also provides luggage storage for late departures, very convenient.

Excellent Stay!

convenient sofa easy access

The room was clean and quite spacious. I found a convenient working table, two chairs, and a comfortable sofa in it. Natural light filled the room through a big window. The T3a light rail and M4 metro stations provided easy access to transportation. I could navigate the area with great ease!!!

The cooling from the AC unit proved quite poor. I think an improvement in this area would significantly enhance future guest experiences. A better air conditioning system would certainly be welcome.

The staff displayed a friendly demeanor. They were also very helpful. They were attentive to my needs. They ensured I felt welcome and valued. This personal touch elevated my visit. The team cares about guest satisfaction.

small room rude staff

The room I had was disappointingly small. It did not look as modern as advertised, and the communication with the management proved difficult. The staff were rude and not particularly helpful. The overall experience felt subpar.
