The staff was always ready to help and greeted me warmly . One staff member gave helpful advice about airport transportation on my departure day. He showed me the easiest way to get to the airport safely.
The street outside was noisy at night. I could hear people talking loudly.

fantastic stay near gare du nord!

i was very happy that the hotel accommodated my request for a high-floor room it was quiet. i arrived late at night and they helped me check in quickly. my room was cleaned every day the staff were good and polite. the location was ideal a short walk to chatelet with vibrant cafes nearby.
the wardrobe door was a bit difficult to open completely because of the bed's placement though this was a very minor inconvenience.

a continental breakfast is available with fresh pastries and coffee each morning. the hotel also offers complimentary luggage storage after checkout which i found very useful.
