I found complimentary still water available anytime I wanted it. The hotel provided bedroom slippers and a robe. they left a box of chocolates, wine, and a candle in my room. There were free madeleines in the lobby. They were very tasty.

The room I had was very small. This was on the ground floor next to the stairs. I also found hairs in the shower and in the towel. The room was not really a four-star level, I think.

The staff were helpful with advice and polite. There WAS a kettle and iron in the room. The hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was fresh. Bacon, eggs, and pastries were available.

The air conditioner WASN'T turned on until the last night of my stay. I stayed for five nights, and it was only on the last night. The room was very hot. I had to sleep with the window open. This made sleeping difficult because of the noise.

the rooms were comfortable and well equipped with everything i needed the breakfast offered a lot of variety i liked the fresh pastries the staff was available and helpful around the clock the proximity to the metro was very convenient for getting around the city. the room had a modern design and was very clean. i found the bed to be very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep

the elevator was a bit slow at times during peak hours
