I found the staff friendly and helpful. They enhanced my experience a lot. The provided breakfast included a nice selection of fresh items and some indulgent treats. The location allows easy walking to streets filled with cafes and restaurants, it really was like being in the heart of it all. My mattress provided one of the BEST sleeps ever!

The street outside could get a little NOISY at times.

I appreciated the hotel's quiet location and proximity to various restaurants. The hot beverage access in the foyer was a nice bonus anytime I wanted it. Reception staff were always helpful and friendly. Fresh robes were available anytime of day upon request.

The housekeeping knocked and opened my door early in the morning while I was still sleeping. This felt intrusive as check-out wasn't until later.
