The location was certainly a highlight. A quick walk had me at the eiffel tower in about ten minutes! several shops and restaurants were also close. i appreciated the good breakfast. the room seemed clean to me, a nice plus though a refresh would be nice.

the absence of certain amenities in the room surprised me slightly.

the hotel had a great location. i was able to easily access the metro because it was just across the street. the staff were friendly and willing to help with directions. the room was clean, a plus for me.

The lift seemed slow. I sometimes waited longer than i liked. the breakfast selection was limited. the hot food options were not always replenished quickly enough, i noticed.

The hotel is near the metro station. A metro stop sits right out front (this was very convenient). The staff assisted with recommendations on places to visit. They went out of their way to assist with any request.

The air conditioning did not work. An employee looked at it and claimed it was fine. I had to sleep with the window open, so it was loud (since my room faced the street).

The hotel's location impressed me. It was close to many restaurants. It was also conveniently next to the metro station. The housekeeping was fantastic. My room remained tidy. The staff were very cute, which I liked.

I noticed a very slight delay with the elevator (only one for the whole hotel).
