the location was excellent, near the champs elysees. the staff was super friendly. the bathroom was large, the shampoo smelled wonderful.

the room was really dirty, it was full of dust. i found the lack of cleanliness quite concerning. i expected better for the price i paid.

The staff at the reception were helpful and caring. the room was very quiet, especially since i booked a room with a view of the building's interior. the hotel is well furnished and pleasant. christine at the front desk was helpful. She helped me hail a cab during busy hours.

the room price seemed very high. prices were significantly increased based on events occurring. this seemed like a bit much, honestly

i enjoyed a super clean room and a really good location. the staff was helpful and attentive. i appreciate that they offered afternoon tea with homemade cake. it, the location is close to the champs-élysées, so i was able to walk everywhere.

my only issue was that the minibar was very small. it didnt hold much. i think larger minibars would be more convenient with more drinks or snacks.
