the facilities are really good. the wellbeing suite was included and i used the pool and gym. i requested a cot and it was prepared, waiting in the room (it was very thoughtful).

the terrace lounge restaurant on the second floor had disappointing food and high prices. there was no safe box in the room. also, there was no minibar.

the breakfast had a lot of choices. it was also quite tasty.

The staff seemed annoyed to serve guests! i found dirty plates and rotten fruit a couple of times. the room isolation was terrible. I could hear other rooms talking and laughing. it was very noisy, and there was no safe box in the room.

The hotel has an amazing central location near the ski slopes. Our room included comfortable beds and fresh linens. The breakfast offered many options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit (I really liked the croissants!). The staff was helpful and quick to respond to our requests.
