a fairly decent place to stay
convenient location high-quality breakfast missing kettle inadequate air conditioning
the location is really convenient. it is near a nice park and some coffee shops. breakfast had a very high quality, though i wished there was more variety after a few days.
there were tea and coffee sachets in the room but no kettle. so, it was impossible to make tea or coffee. the air conditioning was not working as well as i wanted it to, so i needed to get two extra blankets.

Excellent Location and Service
helpful staff central location
The staff was helpful and polite (I was charmed!). The location is fantastic, within walking distance of tourist attractions, Bulgarian restaurants, and metro stations. The room was clean and had everything you would expect from a grand hotel, like a bathtub, work desk, amenities, a bathrobe, and slippers.
The air conditioning settings could not be changed and were controlled by the hotel. I found this very uncomfortable since there were no windows to open for fresh air.

The staff was kind and efficient, always ready to assist with requests and provide information. The reception staff ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. I found them to be responsive to any queries.

The breakfast included a rich selection of items. There were cooked dishes, fresh fruit, cereal, and pastries. The breakfast hours were convenient, allowing guests to eat on their own schedule.

The room I had was huge! It also included a comfortable bathroom. I found the location to be perfect.
The staff lacked politeness at reception! The lady at checkout was rude. She claimed I ate a chocolate from the minibar, but I didn't.

the breakfast buffet was quite varied and fresh. i appreciated the staff was lively (especially in the morning!). the location is central, perfect for exploring. the hotel felt clean and quite pleasant.
the room i stayed in was to have missed refurbishments. the furniture felt dated and worn. the absence of a proper coffee machine was disappointing (i prefer a fresh brew).
