great location good spa paid parking strict parking rules

the location was great. the room cleaning happened every day. it was done very well, the hotel was very clean. i found the lounge access worth the payment, it was a bonus. the spa was good, a relaxing escape.

this suggests not enough staff is present. i had to pay 20 bgn per day for parking. i wanted to leave my car in front of the hotel for 30 minutes. a staff member asked me to move it. i was disappointed.

the room was clean the furniture looked new the tv was large. the breakfast had many choices i liked the variety of food. the staff at the front desk were friendly they helped me with directions.

the room was too warm the air conditioning did not work well. the bathroom was small the shower had low water pressure.

The delicious breakfast options were AMAZING!!! I especially liked the variety of fresh fruit. The little spa offered saunas and steam rooms and it helped me relax.

Housekeeping sometimes came later in the afternoon.

the rooms are spacious clean and quiet the bathtub is big and the shower is wonderful with great water pressure the breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of choices the parking was easy to navigate and very convenient right under the hotel

amazing central hotel!

updated equipment club access huge variety

I found the gym had updated equipment and offered a good workout space. the regency club access was worth it with complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day. the breakfast offered a huge variety. I especially loved the fresh pastries and local bulgarian cheeses. the staff was very attentive to requests.

The bathroom amenities dispensers were a bit difficult to use. It took several tries to get the product out.

the front desk personnel were very attentive and helpful with any requests. they assisted with directions, provided recommendations for local restaurants and quickly addressed any concerns i had. the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean throughout my stay.
