super clean room friendly staff unwashed cups noisy room

The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. I was pleased to find the staff all really friendly and very cute. The owner even came into the bar at night to say hello, it was a nice touch.

The cups were not washed.

helpful staff spacious room power cut unclean glasses

The staff were very cute and helpful . I found the room super clean and quite spacious, this. The breakfast was also very good. It was a full Scottish breakfast.

i discovered a power cut in the evening, this was quite disruptive. There was then no water, this meant I could not wash my hands.

The room decor looked nice. I had a lovely sea view room. The full English breakfast was good. Dillon, our amazing host (he was really helpful!), couldn't do enough for us and our dogs.

The hotel looks a little tired in places, but overall it was nice.

friendly staff spacious dining room bad car park run down hotel

the staff were friendly and accommodating. my room overlooking the waterfront was large. there were lovely large windows in a spacious dining room. they gave us directions to places we wanted to visit.

the car park is in a bad state. i stood at reception for 10 minutes with no one around to check me in. i had to call them on the phone to get someone to come. the hotel is very run down looking at the front.
