The staff showed true kindness and the level of attentiveness was really good. the continental breakfast included cereal and toast. It was heartwarming. i felt genuinely cared for , especially with the taxi arranged for me.

The restaurant was to be popular and was serving christmas meals. I observed staff setting up the buffet. the menu includes macaroni cheese served with small piece of garlic bread. the chef starts preparing cooked breakfast at 10.30 am.

Staff seemed accommodating and the big bed was definitely a plus.
The WiFi was spotty at BEST. and the broken blind let too much light into the room. I also noticed grime around the bathroom tiles. It was like it needed A deep clean.

the location near family was convenient. the staff were lovely and accommodating. they are a credit to this place. i enjoyed a continental breakfast. there were cereal, tea, and toast with an offer of fruit juice. the staff member serving was friendly and promptly called a taxi for me.
the room was large and smelled stuffy. i could hear noise from the outdoor beer garden. traffic noise was also present. the bed and pillows felt hard and uncomfortable.

the twin room was quite nice. it included tea and coffee facilities. a selection of free toiletries. i found the beds very comfortable, and i slept well .
the noise at night was a bit of a problem. i heard staff members and locals outside when i returned, which disrupted my sleep a little. earplugs would have been useful.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service. The room was clean upon arrival. the hotel's location near transportation made getting around convenient. i found free parking on the premises a definite bonus. the availability of tea and coffee in my room was very convenient.
I noticed cracks on the ceiling. this did not significantly detract from my stay. however, it is something to note for future visits.

broken blinduncomforable bed
the room was kinda dark even with the light on, and the blind was broken. it meant i couldnt get it any higher to let more light in. also, the bed had a noticeable dip in the mattress, so it wasnt really comfortable.
