charmed by the quiet coziness
great locationcheerful staffwarm room
the location is excellent near the botanical gardens. the staff always seemed cheerful. i found the parking a great advantage . the room was very clean and fresh.
the room felt a bit too warm so i kept the window open. this was somewhat inconvenient.

the location was good for exploring the botanical gardens the staff seemed helpful enough
the room felt quite small the bed wasn't very comfortable i found some hair in the bathroom it smelled a bit like smoke too

i found the location ideal, especially with parking available at the rear. the room provided a lovely view over the river towards the botanical gardens. the family room was spacious and comfortable. i appreciated the replenished tea, coffee, and milk.
the room, while clean, had somewhat small shower room.

the staff were very approachable and friendly. i was especially grateful for assistance arranging early transport to the airport. the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic!!!

This location is superb, near the botanic gardens and Byres Road. The hotel provided private parking behind the building. That was fantastic. The room was spacious and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was great.

the room was much smaller than i anticipated. the noise level was noticeable early in the morning from cleaning activities. i found it difficult to rest well after traveling.

The hotel offered convenient parking. I appreciated the well appointed room, it included a lovely shower room and a king bed. Staff were pleasant. Regular buses run into the centre from near the hotel, I found this very useful.
The room was too warm, I had to keep the window open.
