charmed by the quiet coziness
great location cheerful staff
the location is excellent near the botanical gardens. the staff always seemed cheerful. i found the parking a great advantage . the room was very clean and fresh.
the room felt a bit too warm so i kept the window open. this was somewhat inconvenient.

the location was good for exploring the botanical gardens the staff seemed helpful enough
the room felt quite small the bed wasn't very comfortable i found some hair in the bathroom it smelled a bit like smoke too

superb west end stay
rear parking lovely view spacious room free replenishment
i found the location ideal, especially with parking available at the rear. the room provided a lovely view over the river towards the botanical gardens. the family room was spacious and comfortable. i appreciated the replenished tea, coffee, and milk.
the room, while clean, had somewhat small shower room.

the staff were very approachable and friendly. i was especially grateful for assistance arranging early transport to the airport. the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic!!!

The hotel's location is near great bars and restaurants. it is also opposite the botanical gardens. regular buses run into the center. the breakfast was good. It suited most tastes.

Wonderful stay!
private parking super clean room comfortable beds
This location is superb, near the botanic gardens and Byres Road. The hotel provided private parking behind the building. That was fantastic. The room was spacious and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was great.

The hotel is in a quiet area, very peaceful. The hotel provided off-road parking behind the hotel. That was wonderful. It felt safe to have my car there.

underwhelming experience
small room noticeable noise
the staff was helpful during check-in.
the room was much smaller than i anticipated. the noise level was noticeable early in the morning from cleaning activities. i found it difficult to rest well after traveling.
