amazing stay close to everything
ideal location friendly staff convenient store quiet street
the location was ideal near the museum area, close to many restaurants and bars (i walked everywhere!). the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found a luggage store available, a nice bonus. i also noticed the street was generally quiet during the evenings.
the room i had could use a small refresh, but it wasn't a major issue.

the reception staff offered helpful recommendations for local attractions and directions. they were always available and very attentive to any requests. i felt very welcomed.

my junior suite featured a large bed (very comfortable!), a seating area, and ample closet space. the bathroom included a separate shower and a soaking tub. i appreciated the size of the room.

broken shower no housekeeping
The shower did NOT work properly . NO water came from the shower handle. I reported it daily, but the staff never fixed it. Housekeeping also did NOT clean my room, despite my requests and the absence of a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. A strange smell lingered in the bathroom too.

convenient stay near vondelpark
convenient access helpful staff ideal location
The location was ideal. It was very close to vondelpark. the bus 397 provided convenient access from the airport. the staff was always ready to help with directions and suggestions.
the hotel did not notify us about a boiler issue, i waited until the next morning to try the hot water again and still nothing, that was quite inconvenient.

the staff was polite and accommodating, they answered all questions and provided useful information about the area and public transportation options, this helped to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

i found the breakfast bar to have a good variety, but the eggs had too much salt, there was coffee available as well as juices (i especially enjoyed the orange juice).

the hotel is very close to vondelpark, that is perfect for families with little ones because there are some playgrounds around. you are walking distance to leidseplein.
