The shower did NOT work properly . NO water came from the shower handle. I reported it daily, but the staff never fixed it. Housekeeping also did NOT clean my room, despite my requests and the absence of a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. A strange smell lingered in the bathroom too.

The location was ideal. It was very close to vondelpark. the bus 397 provided convenient access from the airport. the staff was always ready to help with directions and suggestions.
the hotel did not notify us about a boiler issue, i waited until the next morning to try the hot water again and still nothing, that was quite inconvenient.

the staff was polite and accommodating, they answered all questions and provided useful information about the area and public transportation options, this helped to make our stay smooth and enjoyable.

i found the breakfast bar to have a good variety, but the eggs had too much salt, there was coffee available as well as juices (i especially enjoyed the orange juice).

the junior suite included a comfortable bed, it was spacious, and very clean, (i always appreciate a clean space). the bathroom was nicely arranged and well-kept with good lighting.

the hotel is very close to vondelpark, that is perfect for families with little ones because there are some playgrounds around. you are walking distance to leidseplein.
