I stayed here recently, and the location really impressed me. the hotel is right by the grand canal, near the rialto bridge, easy access to everything. my room overlooked the canal. I even had a balcony (it was wonderful!).
the canal view also overlooked a restaurant. live music ended promptly at 11, but it might bother some guests.

the hotel is very central, being close to the rialto bridge and right on the grand canal. water buses are easily accessible, made getting around simple. walking to main attractions is convenient from this spot.

the reception staff members are really friendly (always ready to help!). they arranged breakfast packs for early departures, a nice touch. they responded well to emails and questions before my stay.

My beautiful double room canal view had a balcony overlooking the grand canal. the bed was very comfortable. It was a king bed. i had a street view but it was actually quiet at night.

I stayed in a wonderful room with a view of the Rialto Bridge and the canal. The location was very convenient, situated just minutes from the Rialto Bridge itself. Sylvia and the other staff members were both helpful and courteous. The hotel's position near food and grocery options added convenience. The walk to San Marco Square took just 10 to 12 minutes.
The hotel provided only one key, also needed to power the lights, causing a slight inconvenience.
